Scholars Publication Pro provides research communication and publication-support services, which may include research-development guidance, manuscript preparation, academic editing, formatting, journal-selection support, submission preparation, reviewer-response assistance and resubmission support.

2. No publication guarantee

Journal acceptance, indexing, peer-review decisions, publication timing and editorial outcomes are controlled by independent journals and publishers. Scholars Publication Pro does not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing or a specific editorial outcome.

3. Author responsibility

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy of research content, data integrity, ethical approvals, authorship, conflicts of interest, permissions, citations, disclosures and the final decision to submit any manuscript.

4. Academic integrity

Services are intended to support responsible scholarly communication. Clients must not use the service to misrepresent authorship, fabricate data, falsify results, conceal misconduct or violate institutional or journal policies.

5. Journal and indexing information

Journal scope, indexing status, policies, fees and submission requirements can change. Authors should verify current information directly with the journal or official indexing source before submission.

6. Files and confidentiality

Clients should only share material needed for the requested work and should remove unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. Any specific confidentiality arrangements should be agreed before sharing sensitive project materials.

7. Fees, timelines and revisions

Project fees, turnaround times, deliverables and included revisions should be confirmed in writing for each engagement before work begins.
